Helloooo? Handphone service
I BOUGHT my Nokia N73 on June 28 last year. On Aug 17, I sent my phone for repair because of problems, and collected it on Aug 23, but only after I had to call the service centre to check on the status. However, the condition of the phone was no better.

As I was tied up with work, I sent my phone again for repair on Feb 15, when the phone problems worsened. Since then, I have had no news from Nokia service centre. Frustrated, I sought Case's assistance on Feb 25. Mr Alvin Tan from Nokia Service Centre replied the following day. I requested an explanation from him why there had been no response from Nokia since I sent my phone for repairs. I also explained to him that, based on my past experience, there was no point in just changing a refurbished main board.

I collected my phone on Feb 27, but the problems still persist. I called Alvin the following day, but was unable to get hold of him - the operator said he was busy. I called Case to help on my behalf. Even so, Nokia did not bother to reply to Case. Subsequently, a person from Century Square service centre called me and promised to replace my phone with a brand new set, but I have to wait for another two to three weeks. It's been three weeks - and I'm still waiting for a reply from Nokia.
