Reality TV, S'pore style
The likes of hit reality TV shows such as 'Survivor', 'The Apprentice' and 'The Contender' may make its way to Singapore thanks to a tie-up between Mark Burnett International and Genting International, developer of Resorts World at Sentosa. Both sides have announced a US$20 million partnership to develop, produce and distribute reality series and game shows across Asia, except for Japan and the Middle East. Series creator Mark Burnett speaks to the media via teleconference from Cannes.

Production to start early 2008
The first reality show by Mark Burnett Productions Asia will be produced as early as the first quarter of 2008. The target is to produce 3 to 5 shows a year in Asia, most of which may be filmed in Singapore including Resorts World at Sentosa. Hear about a new game show concept called 'Amnesia'.
